Women are like Fine Wine - We Get Better with Age! Honestly - I love being fifty-something. Sure, it's harder to fight gravity than it used to be, but still, at the end of the day, I'll gladly take these wrinkles in exchange for the wisdom and peace of mind that comes with living for half a century! Eeek ... okay, maybe saying it that way is a bit much ... but truly, by the time we reach our forties and fifties, we're finally comfortable in our own skin and that's a fantastic feeling. Of course that doesn't mean we can't strive to look & feel our best - I'm always in search of the latest & greatest information on beauty, health, fitness, relationships, living well and aging well which I'm very excited to share! Be sure to let me know if you have any specific requests for posts or product reviews! So CHEERS to being in the prime of our lives ladies!

In addition to blogging, I also enjoy writing contemporary women's fiction - with a first novel called "A Soul Less Broken".
